This centre is based in the Science Park?s incubation unit, suitable for high technology start-up, small and medium seized companies. The building is over 20 years old and all the units are on the ground floor. Some units have loading bay doors. The units are unfurnished, but have carpet to the floor, blinds and a kitchenette. They are adaptable for office, workshop or laboratory use. Heated by night storage heaters, metered electricity and the usual ISDN and ADSL Broadband can also be supplied. The units are serviced with a reception, where calls can be taken on behalf of the tenant, when they are out or in conference. Photocopying, fax and meetings rooms are available.
